Clients confirm they have obtained proper consent before providing any customer or third-party data for communication or service coordination.

Elite Sports Lighting – Terms & Conditions
By using the Elite Sports Lighting website, submitting a project inquiry, entering a service agreement, or communicating with us through phone, email, or SMS, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Engagement
Elite Sports Lighting operates on a project-based and/or month-to-month service model depending on the scope of work.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice.
Service continues through the notice period and must be paid in full.
Project-based work follows the terms outlined in the approved proposal or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
All project deposits, retainers, or monthly service fees are due upfront.
Any additional add-ons or services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, progress payments, or service fees.
3. Intellectual Property
All lighting designs, recommendations, documentation, processes, drawings, installation guidance, or materials created by Elite Sports Lighting remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elite Sports Lighting, LLC.
These materials may not be:
Copied
Shared
Resold
Distributed
Used outside of an active agreement with Elite Sports Lighting
Clients receive usage rights solely for purposes of completing the contracted lighting project.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Clients own all project, facility, or contact data they provide to Elite Sports Lighting.
Elite Sports Lighting will never sell, share, or use client data outside of performing contracted services.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how data is collected and protected.
5. Data Return
Upon termination of ongoing services:
A CSV export of project or contact data may be provided upon request,
Only after the 30-day notice period has been completed,
And only after all outstanding balances are paid in full.
This applies only to data maintained by Elite Sports Lighting as part of providing services.
6. No Guarantees
Elite Sports Lighting does not guarantee:
Specific lighting performance outcomes
Approval or acceptance by regulatory bodies or inspectors
Contractor installation timelines
Project timelines affected by external factors
Weather-dependent scheduling
Third-party manufacturing or shipping timelines
Lighting results depend on installation execution, site conditions, contractor performance, and other variables outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Elite Sports Lighting’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client within the most recent 30 days of service or the value of the most recent project invoice for project-based work.
Elite Sports Lighting is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Contractor errors, installation issues, or non-Elite workmanship
Delays caused by shipping, weather, or third-party manufacturers
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, unless otherwise required by the operating entity or project location.

9. SMS, A2P 10DLC, and TCPA Compliance
By submitting your phone number or email through any Elite Sports Lighting form, you expressly consent to receive communications from us.
